At the very beginning, we’ve received an open-plan brick-walled space with huge ceilings and tall
windows in an old factory building on Rodchelskaya Street. The “Loft” concept is something that’s never perceived as clean, sterile room. So we’ve decided to clothe old walls with new perfect surfaces, leaving just one stripe of red brick, running around the space.
It should gently remind us of the story of the place, without any sign of bothering. As the new rooms appear a bit tiny, we’ve worked on the windows, using mirrors to keep the feeling of a window-gallery of the origin open space.
